Cabbed down to Peacehaven to meet Patrice in the morning. Was supposed to wake up at 830am but I didn’t hear my alarm go off so I only woke up when Pat called me at 1030am. Donated a huge bag of clothes to SA then shopped around the mega thrift store; it was rather disappointing.

Walked to Rail Mall and we had prata at Mei Cafe! So shiok!

Took the long route to Tiong to meet Ophy because I knew I’d be early. When I reached Tiong, that girl was still at Tanah so I bought a cup of froyo and read my book while waiting for her.

Trekked down to Yong Siak St once again and had lunch at Socialhaus. They have a weekday lunch set (soup + main + drink) at $12.50nett. Had such a good time there with Ophy and we are planning to bring the STM there during our next meet up! Food there was not fantastic but the ambience and chill vibe made up for it.

One of the waiters was complaining about the huge influx of people exploring Tiong when no one bothered to step foot here in the 30 years he has lived here. True story.

Window shopped at Books Actually and Strangelets after lunch! Forty Hands does not open on Mondays :(

The books I’ve been reading these days never fail to mention about Freud’s theories. I’ve been super interested in his theories in Psychoanalysis ever since I learnt about them in PSY101 and I regard him as one of the greatest Psychologist ever lived. BooksActually stocks a huge collection of his works. I need these books more than ever.

Took the bus home and busied myself with the decor I bought for my room.

Waiting for the glue to dry before framing it up and hanging on one of my walls. Heading to IKEA (alone :( ) tomorrow to buy some photoframes and have lunch at Queensway Curry Chicken! So excited and hungry right now. I think I am developing a chicken addiction.
